The Murders
The night of August 9th, 1969, Sharon Tate kept herself company with her friends Abigail Foldger, Voytek Frykowski, and Jay Sebring as it was common since Tate was lonely and 8 months pregnant. That night, Tate's nearest neighbors heard gunshots somewhere between 12:30 and 1 AM, but after hearing nothing else, went to bed. Somewhere around the same time, a man surpervising a camp-out less than a mile away heard a scream: "Oh, God, no, please don't! Oh, God, no, don't, don't..." He then drove around, but saw nothing unusual. Nearby dogs went into a frenzy between 2 and 3 AM. A private security guard heard gunshots a little after 4 AM.
